Printing a Repair Order Parts Reconciliation Report

The Repair Order Parts Reconciliation report allows you to view part status and summary information for parts in a repair order. The information includes ordered, received, not received, and returned status for each part. Summary information includes a breakdown by part type and dollar amounts.

To print a parts reconciliation report

1. Open the purchase order.
2. Select the Print droplist, and the select Parts Reconciliation from the toolbar.
3. Select the printer , and then click OK.
